The third presentation of the Shirley Whylie Lecture Series
will be held today (Wednesday April 21, 2004) at Portmore
HEART Auditorium at 7:00 p.m.

Moderator will be Rev. Garnet Roper, Pastor of the Portmore
Missionary Church.

The topic:
:The Role of Citizens in helping to reduce Crime and Violence"

The Guest Lecturer:
Dr. Orville Taylor, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Gov.
University of the West Indies, Mona.

The audience will get a chance to air its views after the 
lecture in a Panel Discussion that follows.
